  • Yes! You can bring in your own food, choose any caterer for your event, or a mix of both! If you need recommendations we are happy to provide.

  • Yes! You will need a Special Occasions Permit (SOP) from the AGCO. You will also need single day event insurance.

    If you need recommendations for how to source your alcohol or how to serve it - don’t hesitate to ask!

  • There is a large kitchenette on-site for caterers to use. It includes a refrigerator, sink and plenty of counter space and plugs, but no stove or oven. There is also separate entrance and ramp that caterers can use.

  • There is ample street parking available.

  • Yes, we sure do! We have both AC and heating to keep your wedding at the perfect temperature for you and your guests.

  • No, linen and decor and not included.

  • Smoking is only permitted outside in the smoking section.

  • Guests can stay until midnight.

  • You will be required to purchase a single day event insurance. We recommend using Duuo.ca. If you plan to serve alcohol, you will need an SOP.

  • We can recommend some fantastic day-of-coordinators, decorators, florists, photographers, and caterers.

  • Please contact us at Michael@cumberlandbelle.ca for availability. Once you sign a contract and provide the 50% deposit (payable by e-transfer), your booking will be confirmed.

  • While our deposit is non-refundable, it is transferable should you need to reschedule your wedding. There is no penalty for rescheduling and no limits to how often you can reschedule.

  • As a staffed venue, we are required to follow all Ontario COVID regulations. That being said, we don’t put any additional restrictions on events other than what is mandated by the province.
